At Black Fuel Roastery, we offer premium freshly roasted coffee products through our online store. Customers can purchase products using the following options:
1. One-Time Purchase
Customers can place a one-time order for any coffee product available on our website.
2. Subscription Purchase (if applicable)
Customers may subscribe to receive coffee deliveries regularly (weekly / monthly depending on selected plan).
Subscription benefits may include:
Discounted pricing, Fresh coffee delivered automatically, Flexible delivery schedule
Customers can manage, pause, or cancel subscriptions anytime from their account dashboard.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
- To cancel, contact our support team with your order number.
- Once cancelled, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
2. Orders Already Shipped
- Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
- Customers may request a return according to our return policy (if applicable).
3. Subscription Cancellation
For subscription orders:
- Customers can cancel their subscription before the next billing cycle.
- Once an order is processed for that cycle, it cannot be cancelled.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
