Black Fuel Roastery is a specialty coffee micro-roastery and café in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, focused on roasting and serving high-quality fresh roasted coffee beans in India. We source our coffee directly from small farms across South India, including the renowned Araku Valley and eastern coffee regions.

As a specialty coffee roaster in India, each lot of green beans is carefully cupped and roast-profiled to highlight the unique characteristics of the origin. Our coffees are crafted to perform beautifully across brewing methods such as espresso, pour over, and filter coffee.

Led by our head roaster, we roast in small batches and continuously refine our profiles to capture the best flavors of Indian specialty coffee. Through regular barista training and advanced brewing equipment, we aim to deliver a precise and memorable coffee experience — whether you buy coffee beans online from us or enjoy a cup at our café.
